Spruce Creek #551 is one of our more exceptional 4 bedroom homes It is an end unit located close to the main Snubber chairlift.  This home is ideal for two families sharing with lots of beds and an extra sitting room when anyone wants to "get away" for some quiet time.

The Master bedroom has a window seat and the open kitchen includes both a dining table and open breakfast bar so that the entire family can join in meals.

Executive homes in The Timbers are limited in availability and are only offered to repeat families who have booked them before or multiple families by invitation.  These are offered based on our assessment of suitability for your vacation needs.
Sugartree II Condominiums

Sugartree II #381  One of our favorite 2-bedroom condos.  If you like bright and colorful, this unit is for you.  And lots of space to sleep.  The upgraded counter space gives you lots of seating for lots of guests!  Plus a second dining area.  There is an alcove bedroom with queen bed downstairs with doors for privacy.  Another murphy bed and queen sleeper sofa provide a total downstair sleeping arrangement for 6 guests.  Then you take the circular staircase upstairs to the second bedroom with two queen beds, second bath off this bedroom and a comfortable second living space outside the upstairs bedroom.  There is a bonus room with queen bed that makes this unit feel like a 3 bedroom unit but it is rated as a 2 bedroom.  Exceptional value.  Lots of space to add sleeping bags or air mattresses for a few extra younger skiers!  This upstairs sofa is not a sleeper unit.  This is another "Premium" condo that will house up to 10 guests.  Another of our units that do not last long before it is guaranteed.

Snowbrook #2633  A lovely 2 bedroom condo with leather furniture and fireplace with a master bedroom just off the main living area.  This bedroom has a full queen bed and the second bedroom has two twins.  Thee is a queen sleeper sofa in the livingroom.  The unit is mid Alder Brook Lane so a short walk to the pool house and Snubber Chairlift.  Ideal for young families.

Units will be designated Standard, Premium/Preferred, Signature or Executive.  Sugartree units are typically Premium/Preferred due to location and quality of many of the units.  There is an indoor heated pool with hot tubs you access through Sugartree (no need to drive or walk long distances).  You have full access to the Sugarloaf Sports and Fitness Centre.  Book early; our Preferred and Premium units will go quickly.

Kibby #2313 is one of the best 5-bedroom condominium available at Sugarloaf.  It has a terrific ski in / ski out trail access to the main lifts, all upgrades throughout this multi-level home with too many features to list here.  The photos speak for this well appointed home.  Ideal for a large family or two famlies sharing.  This home will sleep up to 14 guests!

Terrific for families.  There is a queen bed in the master bedroom.  The second bedroom offers a queen bed plus bunks.

Snowbrook 2667 is a perfect 3-bedroom slopeside condo for a larger family or two families sharing.  This unit has a woodburning fireplace, 3 bathrooms...!  with a king bed in BR#1; 2 twins in BR#2; 2 twins in BR#3 and a queen sleeper sofa in the livingroom.  This is a preferred condo with lots of room in one of the bedrooms should you need to add an air mattress for an extra guest or youngster.   This is another perfect unit for families of all ages, especially with young children.  Your building is as close to the Snubber Chairlift as you can get and you are just a street down from the poolhouse with the outdoor heated pool and hot tub.

There is an alcove bedroom with doors for additional privacy.

Snowbrook #2556 is in the building right at the base of the Snubber chairlift.  A great location for families.  This is a loft 2-bedroom condo with an upstairs master bedroom and second  bedroom off the master with a set of bunk beds (double lower; twin upper).  There is a queen sleeper sofa in the livingroom.  This unit does not have a fireplace or woodstove.  The side stairs leading to the open loft master bedroom does take a bit of space away from the main living area. 







Snowflower Condominium

Snowflower #406 is a rare find in this location.  This an upggraded 2-bedroom condo in centrally located Snowflower Village.  This is a two storey condo with lots of upgrades.   Leather furniture and fireplace in the main living area with ski chalet style tables and seating for families.  The bedrooms are upstairs and this condo has two bathrooms.  There is a queen bed in the master bedroom and two sets of bunk beds in the second bedroom.  Families of 4 - 6 do not need to use the livingroom sleeper unit.  This unit is rated premium and is in a quiet area of Snowflower Village.

Sugartree II #389 is another highly sought after oversized condos condos at SL.  This is a third floor condo well maintained with lots of beds for a family of 6 or more.  The unit has a fireplace, lower level queen bedroom plus queen murphy bed, circular stairs to a second level with two queen beds in one room plus a double / single bunk bed in another.  This unit is ideal for families traveling together when the youngsters want to bunk over with friends or for larger families.   A highly sought after "Premium" condo that has just been added to our inventory and will definitely book quickly.








Sugartree Condominium

Sugartree II #378 is a new addition to our Premium 2 bedroom condos.  This third floor condo is highly rated with a corner fireplace, queen sleeper sofa in the main level and a downstairs murphy bed plus queen alcove bedroom.  Upstairs there are enough beds to sleep an additional 6 guests with two queen beds and bunks. What makes this a Premium condo is the sitting area with fridge and microwave upstairs. Ideal for a famliy with inlaws who would like quiet time away from the main living space or for two families sharing.

Amenities vary based on location.  Some condos like the Snowbrook Village have outdoor heated pool in a separate building; others like Sugartree have indoor pool and hot tubs with access to the Sugarloaf Sports and Fitness Centre through your condo complex.  The Hotel has the best outdoor spa in the region.  Your unit description will include these details.

All unit pricing is based on location, size (ie studio, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom etc. and whether you are booking a Standard, Preferred, Premium, or signature unit.

Spruce Creek #526 is one of our more popular 4 bedroom homes. It is configured as a 5 bedroom with an extra sitting area away from the main living / dining areas.  This is a terrific option for two families sharing or a larger family with teenagers who enjoy privacy in another loung area.

Walden Circle #2230 is onkatadhin4018@gmail.come of our favorite units in a sought out location.  This 3 bedroom unit is just steps away from the main Whiffletree chairlift making it ideal for families of all ages.

Large open concept and well maintained living/dining areas make this a great family gathering place.  There are lots of beds. Queen bed in BR#1; two twins and a set of bunks in BR#2 and a twin bed in BR#3.

You can see the Whiffletree chairlift from the back of this unit making it an ideal option for a family with teenagers and youngsters.






Birchwood Condominium

Birchwood #827.  This 2-bedroom  condo is as centrally located as you can get - right next to the Sugarloaf Sports and Recreation Centre.  It has a well maintained open concept living/dining and kitchen, counter seating with built in stove.  BR#1 has a queen bed; BR#2 has two sets of bunk beds with lots of elbow room in this unit.  This is a preferred location and has just been released by the owners to add to our rental pool.  Please note the dining for this unit is around the centre island with stove.  There is no separate dining table.

Hamlet Circle #2070 is a new addition to our preferred homes.  There are 5 bedrooms that include a Queen + two twins; Queen; Queen; Bunk beds and two twins.  This unit provides sleeping for up to 12 guests.  Well appointed home with private entrance, large wrap around deck with lots of room for everyone.  Enjoy late afternoon and evenings on the deck overlooking the Surface chairlift.  There is a large centrally located gas fireplace in a the open concept livingroom, dining room and kitchen.  One of our best homes for families sharing or larger families with a mix of guests.
